Jiaoxi is close to Taipei

Jiaoxi is surrounded by mountains and is just a few kilometers from the ocean. Visitors enjoy walking around the small streets, eating snacks, and of course enjoying the hot springs.  Because of its proximity to Taipei, Jiaoxi can be quite crowded on weekends. The town continues to grow with new hotels and services as it becomes a tour stop for many international travelers as well.

No hotspring town would be complete without a few hot spring fish pools. After you place your feet in the water , the fish will nibble at the dead skin and bacteria on your feet. It feels strange at first, but it’s easy to get used to it.
