An English speaking guide company for hiking and biking around Taiwan.

Outdoor Tours in Taiwan Since 1998

Blue Skies Adventures started with an inaugural tour in 1998 to Jade Mountain (Yu Shan) which at 3,952m is the highest mountain in Northeast Asia. Since then, we have never looked back as we now lead tours into Taiwan’s high mountains, along cycling roads, and the ancient trails along Taiwan’s beautiful coast.

Specialty Custom and Personal Outdoor Tours

Blue Skies also does many personal tours for those who are visiting Taiwan for a short time and love the outdoors. Just send us an email and what you’re interested in and we can set you up with some suggestions and an itinerary.

Bikes and Mountains

Ever ridden along roads over 3,000meters? Taiwan has ample opportunity for the serious cyclist or those that want to enjoy the flatter coastline rides of the East coast of Taiwan.

We offer trips which appeal to people of all ages and levels of fitness. Our range of trips include; hiking and cycling (off-road and touring) as well as weekends combined with organized competitions such as half and full marathons, long distance swims, bicycle races and triathlons.

Hot Springs?

Taiwan is full of hot springs at every turn. After a long hike or ride in the saddle, there’s nothing like a soak in some springs.

We also have tours to natural hot springs, aborigine areas and remote parts of Taiwan to discover the island’s abundant flora and fauna.

We have trips organized nearly every week which range from 1 to 14 days including half and full-day, city and off-shore island tours by bicycle. Send us an e-mail today to get on our mailing list and have your eyes opened to the wonders of Isla Formosa with our team of experienced English Speaking guides.

EnglishInTaiwan.com

EIT began more than 12 years ago as a resource for expats in Taiwan, Teaching English, and just Living in Taiwan in general.

We've continued to develop home-grown information about Teaching ESL/EFL, local business resources, cultural and travel info and tips, places to eat, drink, and shop.

Hopefully you'll get more out of your stay.
