Taipei City can be a fashion conscience place. However, not everyone has the big money to buy the latest European fashions at Breeze or Bellavita.
When this is the case, no need to worry. Just head over to the Wufenpu Wholesale Clothing Market and get your outfit together.
Wufenpu is a collections of alleys with a covered roof. Throughout the alleys are many small storefronts selling all types of clothing and accessories.
Some clothes and accessories are on display, however, some shops have the clothes still laid out in bins or the bags in which they were delivered.
The Wufenpu market is very easy to get to. Take the Bannan Line (blue) MRT to the Houshanpi Station. Walk out Exit 1 and head straight down Zhong Po North Road. There are signs pointing the way.
Signs direct visitors to Wufenpu.

You will eventually see an entrance for the market. There are many located at the ends of the multiple alleys.
This market is huge and there are tons of shops and clothing choices. It is also ok to bargain a bit. You don't need to accept the first price.
Most of the clothing is women's fashion, though there are also men's shops.
