inNight Markets, Shopping, South, Tainan 台南

The Hua Yuan Ye Shi, or Flower Night Market has become the most popular Tainan night market. The market is open Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6:00pm until after midnight.

Plenty of Parking at the Tainan Night Market

The night market is actually on a large plot of land that borders a parking lot. There is plenty of car parking in the area as well for 50NT.

Teaming with food stalls

The market is teaming with food stalls and they all look delicious.

Pork Sausages

The pork sausages at the night market are succulent.

Night Market Steaks

There are plenty of fresh food areas to sit and enjoy your meal. Here a steak restaurant serves up a sizzling plate steak dish.

Market Location

The night market is located on the corner of Hai An 3rd Road and He Wei Second Road. Here is a Map Link of the Tainan Night Market.

Plenty of Fresh Fruit

Fresh Oysters

Of course, you will find fresh oysters served up at the night market in Tainan.

Market Foods (Intestines)

Shawarma Chicken Sandwiches

The famous Taiwan version of the Middle East Shawarma sandwich.

Taiwanese Pizza

This was a delcious snack called the “Taiwanese Pizza”. Lots of veggies in a deep fried onion cake.

Tea Stands

Some cool and creative teas to cool down your evening. Every Taiwan market has plenty of tea stands to quench your thirst.

Oyster Pancakes

If you haven’t tried this Taiwanese classic, the oyster pancake, then Tainan City is the place to do it. Fresh oysters abound.

Stinky Tofu Fries

I tried these Stinky Tofu french fries. Not bad. But, they do have a strong smell.

Korean Fried Chicken

Korean fried chicken is a delicious item to try.

Market Location

The night market is located on the corner of Hai An 3rd Road and He Wei Second Road.
