Your information should now appear at the bottom of the box. Continue filling in the information above for the other members of your group.
Again, after each member’s information is entered click on the blue button at the bottom. When you are finished, all members’ names should appear at the bottom.
Then you can click on the X at the top right to go back to the application form. The application form won’t look any different than before. Click on the green button at the very bottom to submit.
Now you should see a record of your application that looks something like the following:
The application stage is now DONE. Take note of what day it is today as you will need to provide this date later to retrieve your permit.
In theory you should get some sort of e-mail letting you know when it has been approved, but if not just check back in a couple days anyway as that’s usually all the time it takes. Go back to the original site you applied on: https://nv2.npa.gov.tw/NM103-604Client/ but this time click on the third tab.
*1 Choose the second option 外國人 (foreigner) and enter the ID number you applied with.
*2 Select the date you applied on (not the date you will be entering the trail).
*3 Enter the letters or numbers you see.
*4 Click on the green button 查詢.
This will not open a new page but will add a line of information to the bottom of the same page. Look at the words on the far left. If you see 未審核 like in this picture:
…that means it has not been evaluated yet. Check again later. But if you see 已審核－通 like in this picture:
…then congratulations, your permit has been approved! Click right on those Chinese characters to go to your permit. It should look something like this:
Click on the red button 列印許可證 *1 to open up and print your group’s permit. It looks like this:
Click on the green button 列印名冊 *2 to open up and print the group’s name list. It looks like this:
