Phonics Bingo自然發音賓果遊戲

Phonics Bingo自然發音賓果遊戲

Age Group: Elementary
Subject: Phonics
Goal of Lesson: Students listen for phonics sounds and connect them to spelling.
Time Needed: 15-30 minutes
Materials Needed: Phonics lists and Bingo boards

Phonics Bingo is very easy to play, but the teacher needs to prepare in advance.

The teacher needs to prepare the Bingo cards for the class. There are a few online sites that will allow you to create your own Bingo boards with any content you like. I like the website

(This is a free site)

After you have made all your cards, hand them out to students with pieces so they can put them on the correct phonics blend.

  • If you have put words on the Bingo card, you can show a picture or say the word 2 times. The students must then see if they have the word or not.

  • If you put only endings on the Bingo card, choose a word with that ending and say it 2 times. The students then have to listen and find the ending that matches the word.

  • After there is a winner, I like to have the winner to come up and say the words to the class for the next game. Sometimes my classes are playing by themselves and all I need to do is listen and correct pronunciation.
