I have lived abroad in Australia for more than 10 years. My diet was deeply influenced by western cultural eating habits. Studied in Tokyo and have a very deep understanding of Japanese style cooking. Over the last 13 years I have greatly developed my understanding and skill of food preparation. I have strived to better my style and skills. I insist on everything being prepared in a very controlled environment. To taste its best all foods must be made in a very controlled time framework. Under the urban training of cities like Melbourne, Tokyo and Taipei I have learnt how to please even the most discerning of international diners. While working as a chef at燦鳥 (can’t be translated) and三井 (also can’t be translated…but they are both very famous Taiwan restaurants…Ask a local friend) I devoped a unique and imaginative approach to creating new dishes. I am a young chef with my own developing characartisics. The restaurant sits on a quiet street but inside you will find a very modern and creative environment with delicious and consciousness menu. As a chef I insist on emphasis the diner receives a perfect and tasty experience. In the city our fast paced lifestyle put so much on us.
