Revolver-Bar & Music Venue
Revolver is a popular bar and live music venue in Taipei City located near the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. The 1st floor is the bar area with an open front entrance so customers can either mingle inside or out on the sidewalk. The 2nd floor is a space for live music where bands and DJs often perform.
Revolver is primarily a 20’s – 30’s crowd. There are lots of music fans, and a mix or foreigners and local Taiwanese. It is a fun place to mingle and talk.
Getting to Revolver
Revolver is a short 5 minute walk from the MRT Red Line Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall stop. Walk out Exit 4 and continue walking down Roosevelt until you see Revolver on the right.

The venue is not huge by any means, but the 1st floor opens completely onto the street so you can hang on the sidewalk on a nice evening or when it is too crowded inside.
Craft and Bottled Beer at Revolver
There is a nice selection of bottled and draught beers. They stock both craft beers and local lagers like Taiwan Beer.
There were 6 beers on tap when I was there.

There is some seating downstairs. On a busy night, it is quite lively. On quiet nights, it is a good place to have a drink and talk with freinds.
