Diving in Taiwan
Taiwan is one of Asia's best kept secrets in the diving community. Even though Taiwan is a small Island it has beautiful dive sites to offer from the north to the south.
With year round diving, water temperatures in the south of 21°C in the winter and 29-30°C in the summer, soft coral sites that are the best in the world, healthy hard coral sites and sites with both hard and soft corals Taiwan is one of the best diving sites.

John Boo is a very helpful instructor. I had a ton of fun doing a DSD and having a BBQ and just chilling out on the upper floor patio with many other divers. You need to see the schools of fish at the dive sites.

The best instructor in the south of Taiwan is this company. I would suggest even try a DSD dive with John to see for yourself

Little village with big hotel (Yoho). Better to stay at John's place. Clean rooms. Roof padio. Kitchen. Sheltered swimming beach at far end of village. Diving in Kending is excellent. Lots of shore dives. Boat dives on weekends. Water was 25 degrees at end of November.
