A. On the menu, the eye-catching "Royal Cuisine Special" is a Lamb Pasanda with large chunks of lamb thigh that is both tender and rich, and a large piece of Naan completes this authentic dish. A plate with two small pieces of Indian Sumpapre that seem hard and chunky will melt in your mouth, giving off a lingering taste.
B. Besides the Chicken Tandoori Special, the Vegetable Makhani is also reccommended and so is the Fish Butter Masala

Description

Located in a lane across Ji Long (Keelung) Road from the World Trade Center, The Tavern is the after-work destination for many of the professionals employed in the area.
The Tavern has a casual atmosphere and the clientele tends to be laid-back and relaxed through the the early part of the evening. The music isn't intrusive and the crowd is there to meet up with friends and acquaintances over drinks or a meal. Even on weekday nights, there is a sizeable crowd keeping the place bustling and lively, but always in keeping with The Tavern's laid-back and friendly atmosphere.
Europeans in particular are attracted to The Tavern, no doubt in part because of frequent live broadcasts of Premier League football matches, the foosball table and the large selection of unusual imported Belgian beers. Traditional British fare, like Cottage Pie \ and Bangers and Mash \ are joined by all-day breakfasts, pasta dishes \ and a variety of main courses from their grill to form a fairly wide-ranging menu (learn more about their pub food menu). My own good experiences with the food are confirmed by the large number of patrons who start their evening at this establishment with a meal rather than show up only for the drinks.

Description

This is a much-anticipated watering hole offering three floors of dining, drinking and entertainment. The first floor is a non-smoking restaurant. The menu has a European bias: Steak Pie with Smoked Salmon, homemade pate and desserts. There is also spicy Chinese dishes and bar snacks, burgers and a wide selection of excellent wines. Food, however, can be had on all levels. The second floor features the main bar and activity center. Private booths line the front window and imported smoke eliminators clear the air. Happy hour runs from 5 to 9 p.m. with selected drinks at 2-for-1 pricing. DJs on the weekend and live jazz on Sundays are some of the featured weekly events. The third floor (still in development) is a roof top terrace. All told, JB's is shaping up to be an excellent hangout and its roof top is perfect for relaxing on lazy summer evenings.
