James Greenshields has over a decade of teaching experience in Canada and Taiwan. He is currently the Academic Director at Robert's American School in Kaohsiung, Taiwan which provides English language instruction to students ages 6-17. He holds a post graduate degree in Education from Ottawa, Canada as well as two undergraduate degrees in English and History.


During his teaching tenure in Taiwan, he has published several ESL supplementary workbooks and developed several writing class curricula. He also works as an English Language Consultant for Her Sheng Culture Enterprise where he records material for English textbook and test prep materials.

Rob Minor is the curriculum designer and director of Robert's American School in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.


Rob has been working EFL education since 1992. He has worked at many levels of education as an instructor and administrator including the Kaohsiung American School, Chinese-American International School (San Francisco), as well as the director of the San Francisco Aspect branch. He has also been an editor and writer for Her Sheng Publishing Inc. which writes and prints textbooks for the Taiwan public junior high school English curriculum.


In addition, Rob is a fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker and has also traveled extensively throughout Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bowdoin College, with a major in Asian Studies. He was born and raised on the east coast of the United States.
